THE SIAMOI CLUB - TRAVEL CLUB REGULATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TOURS INFORMATION

All of our tours are completely customizable to suit your specific interests and needs. Our extensive knowledge in each country enable us to tailor your trips with boundless possibilities.Our members enjoy the peace of mind that they are looked after throughout their entire holiday experience -- Our tour leaders possess profound knowledge of the destinations you will discover.

We welcome single travelers, couples, single parents and families with children, seniors and disabled travelers and we would be happy to assist you for groups of any size to any destination. Depending on the size of your group, special discounts may be available. Please contact us at info@siamoi.com for more information. In addition as our programs are tailor made, they are very suitable for children as. In fact, we welcome children on our tours and offer Holidays Adventure Packages very suitable for children of all ages.

BOOKING

Once you have become a member, you may book our tours by contacting us via email at info@siamoi.com, or simply use our booking forms. Once we have tailored made for you the trip you have chosen, a deposit or full payment will be required to secure the reservation, depending on the reservation date relative to the departure date.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS

To confirm the reservation, a deposit and/or full payment is required depending on the time of booking relative to your departure date. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) through our online secured payment system with PayPal. All payments made using credit cards will be charged in US Dollars. We accept bank wired transfers and Western Union.

All reservations for the tour shown herein are to be made directly wia our online payment form. Reservations will not be considered definite until a deposit of 50% of the total price of the packaged tours is received. Deposit payment is non-refundable once services have been confirmed. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed (i.e. late booking). All prices in U.S. Dollars or their equivalent in Euro and Yen at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Any cancellation received after confirmation of services by 'The Siamoi Club' will be subject to full forfeiture of all monies paid on any program. There is no refund for unused services. Any voluntary alterations of confirmed itineraries involving suppliers other than 'The Siamoi Club'before departure will require a handling charge to be defined on site.

You may change your itinerary prior to departure. Changes during your trip are permitted with regards to your private tour programs. If flight and hotel changes must be made due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for making these arrangements with the airlines and/or ground operator(s). Additional fees may apply.

PASSPORT & VISAS

Different policies apply with regards to VISA for each country you wish to enter. It also depends which country's passport you are holding. Some countries issue Visas on arrival. It is the responsibility of passengers to see that proper documentation, travel insurance, transpacific or transatlantic return flight ticket and visas are obtained in advance of the trip. A passport valid for a minimum of 6 months is required of all nationals. In addition, American, Japanese, European citizens as well as other nationals should check with 'The Siamoi Club' regarding visa requirements.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Immunizations requirements: Currently none of the countries included in the itineraries require a certificate of vaccination. However, this is subject to change at any time. Please check with our tour leader to ascertain which, if any, countries in the tour require proof of any inoculation. It is the passenger's responsibility to take all precautions with regard to health regulations.

Travel Protection/Insurance: Anyone joining one of our programs should have adequate personal insurance against medical and accident risks, evacuation, and repatriation. Best Hill Asia will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions, and we recommend supplemental travel insurance to cover Trip Cancellation, Baggage Delay/Loss, Accidental Benefits, Travel Delays and Emergency Assistance.

TRANSPORTATION

Air transportation in and between Asia countries is based on round-trip economy class travel on airlines specified in each program. Transportation within Asian and S.E. Asian countries is arranged locally. Airfares are not refundable once the discovery trip has been confirmed.

BAGGAGE: Baggage check-in allowance on domestic flights varies from one airline to the other. However, it is generally one to two pieces of checked baggage not exceeding 20kgs/44lbs in combination. Carry-on is limited to one piece and can not exceed 20x40x55cm or weigh more than 5kgs/11lbs. Excess baggage charges are strictly enforced and it is the responsibility of the passenger to pay these charges at the airport. Baggage is at owner's own risk throughout the tour.

HOTELS: All hotel accommodations will be provided in hotels mentioned or of similar category. 'The Siamoi Club' reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category whenever necessary without penalties or compensation. All rooms are randomly assigned by each hotel on a run-of-the-house basis. You will be staying at first-class and deluxe accommodations, ranging from 3 and 4 to 5 stars hotels and resorts, where available. As we are specialized in Travels for Singles, all of our programs are priced based on single occupancy and there is therefore NO supplement to be applied for singles.

SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSFERS

All sightseeing and transfers will be conducted in air-conditioned private car/van or passengers scheduled (seat-in-coach). In Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo, transfers will be by limousine bus, public transportation or taxi. Transfers include the handling of one piece of standard size luggage per person unless otherwise stated.

TIPS: Tips to guides and drivers are not included and are mandatory. Tips to Travel Club Managers or Tour Leaders are not mandatory. Tipping to the guide /driver is a common practice in Asia except in Japan. The average is about a few $ per person / day to the driver and guide. Tipping for bell service is also expected at all hotels. Tipping in restaurants and other services varies by destination. We will advise you on tipping on a case by case basis.

TOUR LEADERS AND LOCAL GUIDES

Generally, for all Asia Discovery tours the services of 'The Siamoi Club' Tour Leader and local female/male guide will be provided. In some instances, the tour may be locally hosted only. Arrival transfer will be provided for all of our tour packages. After you have cleared customs formalities and claimed your baggage, please proceed to the exit. Your tour leader or guide will be waiting for you there and holding a sign with your name. In addition to their native language, all of our travel guides in Asia speak English. Our Western Tour Leaders in Asia generally speaks English, French, German, and the local language ot the country.

LAND AND AIR COSTS

All land and air costs are in U.S. dollars and based on tariffs, rates of exchange, costs and schedules in effect Jan. 1, 2013 and are subject to change without notice. Any fluctuation of currencies could result in a higher land cost. In any case, no surcharge will be imposed after final tour payment received. The land & air price includes hotel accommodations based on single occupancy, Asia multi-country and domestic round-trip economy class airfare, transfers and sightseeing as specified in each itinerary.

MEALS: Tour prices do not include meals unless specifically indicated in the itinerary, service charge for obtaining visas, foreign airport departure taxes and items of a strictly personal nature.

DOCUMENTATION

Your final trip itinerary will be sent to you by email upon receipt of your final payment. The documentation includes confirmed itinerary with domestic flight details when applicable, hotel and ground services bookings. A complete list of local contact persons and numbers, hotel addresses with telephone/fax numbers, airport transfers information, etc... Airline tickets and hotel vouchers will be remitted to you in person upon your arrival in the country of visit. We provide domestic flights and airline tickets within Asia in the case of Multi-Countries Tours only. We do not provide or make booking for your international flight (Transatlantic or Transpacific flights) from your home country to the country of your chosen destination. Your return home flight is not included in our Private Tours prices.
